1. Pricing

The price of ₹1,299 (Indian Rupees) is a one-time payment that grants access to the Product to the ₹1 Lakh Store digital product, including all current content, SOPs, calculators, and any updates released during your access to the Product period.

The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply only to new purchases and will not affect Users who have already purchased at the previous price.

2. Payment

Payments are processed through a secure, RBI-licensed payment gateway provider. The following payment methods are supported:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
• Net banking (all major Indian banks)
• Mobile wallets (as available on the payment gateway)

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). The Company does not currently support payments in any other currency.

3. Order Confirmation & Access

Upon successful payment:

• You will receive a payment confirmation email from the payment processor
• A magic link will be sent to your registered email address for account access to the Product
• Access to the Product to the Product is granted immediately upon magic link verification
• A payment receipt will be available in your payment dashboard

If you do not receive access to the Product within 15 minutes of payment, please contact hello@theoutcome.club with your payment reference.

4. Refund Policy

We encourage you to review our publicly available landing page, free content, and Terms of Service carefully before making a purchase decision.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate charge will be refunded upon verification. Contact us within 7 days with your order ID(s).
• Technical failure preventing access to the Product: If a verified technical error on our end prevents you from accessing the Product after payment, and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.

To request a refund for the above exceptions, email hello@theoutcome.club with your order ID and description of the issue.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Product format: Online dashboard accessible via web browser. No physical box, USB, or printed material.
• Delivery method: Instant digital delivery via magic link sent to your registered email address after payment verification.
• Delivery time: Typically within 2-5 minutes of successful payment. If you have not received access to the Productwithin 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@theoutcome.club.
• Access duration: Access to the Product to the Product continues for the period specified at the time of purchase. The Product is accessible 24/7 from any device with a modern web browser.
• No shipping address required: Since no physical item is shipped, no shipping address is collected during checkout. Only your email address is required for access to the Product.
• Offline access: The Product requires an active internet connection. Offline downloads or PDF versions are not currently available.

6. No Results Guarantee

The purchase price is for access to the Product to the Product (SOPs, calculators, checklists, and reference materials). The Company does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue figure, or timeline.

References to "₹1 Lakh/month," "90 days," or other outcome figures in our marketing materials are aspirational milestones and illustrative frameworks, not guarantees of results. Your actual results depend on numerous factors including your effort, market conditions, budget, and business decisions.

7. Taxes

The listed price of ₹1,299 is inclusive of all applicable taxes (including GST as applicable under Indian law). No additional taxes, duties, or surcharges will be charged at the time of purchase.

If you are a business entity registered under GST, the tax component will be reflected in your payment receipt and can be used for input tax credit purposes as per applicable law.

8. Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by an RBI-licensed payment gateway that employs industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for secure data transmission. The Company does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details. All sensitive payment information is handled directly by the payment processor.
