By accessing or purchasing ₹1 Lakh Store ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or purchase the Product. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and The Outcome Club ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

₹1 Lakh Store is a digital product that provides access to the Product to a 12-phase, 90-day operating system for Indian D2C (direct-to-consumer) founders. The Product includes step-by-step SOPs, interactive calculators, checklists, and reference materials. Access is granted for a one-time payment of ₹1,299 (Indian Rupees) and provides access to the Product to the current version of the Product and any updates released during your access to the Product period.

3. Outcome Disclaimers

You acknowledge that starting and operating a business involves inherent risks, including the risk of financial loss. The Company makes no representation that using the Product will result in profitable business operations, specific revenue figures, or any particular outcome.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Company does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that:

• You will achieve ₹1 Lakh/month in revenue or any specific revenue amount
• Your D2C business will be successful or profitable
• The timelines, phases, or milestones described will be achievable for your specific circumstances
• The strategies, SOPs, or tools provided will produce any specific result
• The calculators or financial models will accurately predict your actual business performance

Your success depends on your individual effort, market conditions, business decisions, and numerous other factors outside the Company's control.

5. Professional Advice Disclaimer

The Product is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute:

• Financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice
• Business consulting or professional advisory services
• An offer to form a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship
• Certification or accreditation of any kind

You should consult qualified professionals (chartered accountants, company secretaries, lawyers) for advice specific to your business situation, especially regarding GST registration, FSSAI compliance, trademark filing, and tax planning.

6. Payment and Pricing

The Product is priced at ₹1,299 (Indian Rupees) for access to the Product. Payment is processed through a secure, RBI-licensed payment gateway provider. By making a payment, you authorize the payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.

The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect Users who have already purchased the Product. The listed price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product and the fact that access to the Product is provided instantly upon payment, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once access to the Product has been granted.

In the event of a duplicate charge or technical error preventing access to the Product, please contact us at hello@theoutcome.club within 7 days of purchase with your order ID.

8. Access and Availability

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access to the Product and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial business planning purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from the Product
• Share, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Product to the Product
• Use the Product to create a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Product

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Product
• The Company's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product (₹1,299)
• The Company is not liable for any business losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• The Company does not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Outcome Club, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Testimonials and reviews displayed on our website represent the individual experiences of those users. They are not guarantees, warranties, or representations of outcomes that other users will achieve. Individual results may vary based on factors including effort, market conditions, business decisions, and other variables.
