What's broken that your customer lives with every day? Name the frustration clearly. This is not about your product — it's about their pain. The more specific, the more they lean in.
One bold sentence about what you're here to change. Not "we make great products" — that's what everyone says. What's the fight you're in? What's the world you're building?
3-5 principles that guide every decision. Not generic platitudes. Specific, slightly uncomfortable, actually costly values that filter who you are and who you aren't.
What the customer can always count on. This is the contract between you and them. It should feel personal, not corporate. It should feel like a vow, not a tagline.
